30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible item.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition (normal installation for testing purposes is acceptable)
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Not linked to any personal accounts(cameras must be reset prior to return)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items with excessive signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage not caused by manufacturing defects
  • Items with opened or damaged packagingnot caused by shipping (unless defective)
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with beyond normal installation

Note: Normal installation for testing purposes does not void your return eligibility, provided the item is returned in resalable condition with all original accessories and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at supports@highqdoorbell.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label (for defective or incorrect items only)
  • Detailed return instructions
  • The return shipping address

Please note: Unsolicited returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Documentation Requirements

To expedite your return request, please include the following when contacting our support team:

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue (if claiming defect or damage)
  • Photos of the packaging (if claiming shipping damage)
  • Order number and date of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue

This documentation helps us process your request quickly and ensures we can resolve any issues with our suppliers or shipping carriers.

Inspection & Restocking

Returned items may be subject to inspection. Refunds may be adjusted if items are not returned in original condition.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval status within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow 5-7 additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
